ARLENE CLARK
Visitor Services Associate,
William Root House Museum & Garden
Arlene grew up in the Brookhaven area of Atlanta often dreaming of living in a historic home. That dream came true in 1997 when she purchased the 1870’s Dr. J. L. Henderson home in Concord, North Carolina.  After a 38-year career in banking and a devotion to community service, she returned home to the Atlanta area to be near her daughter who lives in a 1925 historic Marietta bungalow. Arlene now resides in Kennesaw and enjoys traveling to see her grandsons, volunteering, and playing bridge.
