TREVOR BEEMON
Executive Director, Cobb Landmarks & Historical Society, Inc. Trevor’s commitment to Cobb County’s history began at age twelve, when he first began volunteering for Cobb Landmarks at the William Root House. That early passion led him to Kennesaw State University (KSU), where he earned a degree in American History and a Certificate in Public History. With a career that includes key roles at the Southern Museum of Civil War & Locomotive History and the Atlanta History Center, Trevor brings a wealth of expertise to Cobb Landmarks. He is a past chairman of the Acworth Historic Preservation Commission (2022–2025) and currently serves on the Marietta Arts Council advisory board. His contributions have been recognized with the KSU Outstanding Alumnus Award (2015) and Cobb Life Magazine’s "20 Under 40" (2020). |
