Cobb Landmarks and Historical Society (CLHS) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Executive Director and the organization. This position will be responsible for general administrative tasks, routine data entry into membership database and transactional data entry using QuickBooks. The position is currently available.
The candidate will be an energetic self-starter, detailed oriented and comfortable working independently. Good communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software and computer proficiency are essential. Experience with Past Perfect and QuickBooks a plus.
10 hours per week, with some flexibility. Salary: $12.00/hour. Position reports to CLHS's Executive Director.
